If it makes you feel better to be so hot, it was 66F here yesterday, aroids *hate* it, most of them just don't grow well at all lol. Zone 10 so can grow them outside all year round in theory, but most just don't grow. Average 75% humdity tho, so there's that. San Francisco, the valley heat creatures a pressure diffiereiantal that causes ocean breeze to blanket sf and gives us fairly cool summers -- so with rising temps, we're even colder o.O Good luck with that 85! We had a heat wave last week and that was the max tempt the hottest day got (we're not used to it, we mostly don't really have AC, so 85 is a real official heat wave).

Get those fans back on!! Gotta keep the ceiling one on at least! hate to see you roasting! 😓 ugh.

So I decided to repot, and I’m sure by now you probably have too, but if you haven’t, I picked up a few of those cloth macrame plant hangers at TJ Maxx for ten or 15 bucks each and I’m just gonna install a hook into the ceiling (and pray it holds)

Light was the most important for mine to grow, I had it for a year a little away from the window, it grew slow and the leaves were small. I moved it to the windowsill and boom, it was now growing a crazy amount of leaves and the size of them increased! 😁

Hanging rods with drywall anchor and screws (or bolts) will keep them from pulling out of the wall. Just estimate how much weight you need and match the drywall anchor. Get them at any big box hardware store. Problem solved!

I just came here because my Heartleaf philodendron kinda started burning in one day coz the soil was dry... And believe me I water when the soil is 90 - 95% dry

maybe try after watering and allow some time to dry try adding a sprinkle of DE on top of your soil? Diatomaceous Earth is very effective at killing spiders- BTW love your videos, Subscribed
