    I used to do this when I was a little girl. I would also put one leg over the bar and the other leg was under and you could do a bunch of spins. It was so much fun.

    I started my Callesthenics journey at 57, I’m now 59. I can do back lever 15 secs, front lever, 8seconds, handstand push-ups x 5, and many more. You can train at any age.

    thx this is exactly what i was looking for but man its ma second month and start doing some advanced moves but in the same time cant do some beginners moves ... mmm i ll try to do the beginners first , iam making a goal list out of this.
