So you are saying the motor will rev up out of water but not in water? If so 1. Rebuild carbs with genuine mikuni kits 2. Replace all grey fuel line if equipped 3. Replace fuel filter o ring 4. Replace or bypass fuel selector The best resource for these old skis is the seadoo forum or the seadoo two stroke owners group on Facebook

Motor is bone stock. Only mod is a skat 13-19 impeller
