This is inspiring. The day the stay home order went into effect at 5 pm, I had a full blown panic attack. I was sobbing in the kitchen floor and couldn’t explain to my husband what was wrong. I still can’t exactly explain why but I felt very trapped, although I’m still working and my life hasn’t changed that much. These are good tips, thank you.

For me I need to plan to get my self going, but I can never stick to those plans fully. I think that’s somewhat a good thing because I’m ready to flow with what’s going on around me~

I’ve always had Anxiety even as a little kid, but it remained untreated all my life. It’s never been extreme, but it was always there. I’d throw really bad fits and cry until I couldn’t breathe, but that only happened on occasion. The summer of 2017 is when things got really bad. There was no reason for me to be upset, but I was sad all the time. I was constantly hanging out with friends and I was with my family. These were all enjoyable party time but I just felt terrible. That was when I talked to my mom and we went to the doctor. Now I take pills for General Anxiety. I learned mindfulness skills where I focus on now instead of worrying about the future. I started exercising frequently to relieve stress, and life is a lot more bright now~ Of course I still have bad days, panic attacks and anxious thoughts are still there, but I can deal with it and function~ Yay!!
Secretly Ditto Thank you for sharing! I’m glad to hear you’re doing better. My situation was similar. I dealt with depression more to start out, but it’s always been tinged with anxiety. Over the last couple years the anxiety aspect has become more prominent though. I started feeling this way when I was just 14, but I didn’t realize what was happening or seek help until I was 24. That’s one of the reasons I try to be candid, in case someone else is afraid to speak up.
I tried to order a $6 meal from Nara Express using Grubhub and the total was 14.99. I canceled it and made a grilled cheese. 🤣

It's not been too different for me. I worked from home once a week or so already, so I'm used to some aspects of it. I always aimed to be in person for important meetings, though. Having every meeting online and the communication over IM instead of in person has been the biggest adjustment. That, and staying disciplined and focused.

Zach Berry Sounds great, I'm currently playing this adventure with some friends, so it's interresting to see what other people do and how they do it, and what little plot twists they make up along the way.(we have just gone by the "Kobold Ambush" last night.
Yep. Definitely could have. I wasn't very familiar with the system at all at that point, I have since become more knowledgeable in the ways of tactics and encounters. And, you know. Stuff.

All got to be new at first huh? Had a hard time with what looked like the "WoWification" of D&D, and I am an old school blue box guy. Level 1 wizard...1 spell. Level 1 thief...5 hp. Came around on it though, the system has it's strong points.
