I think that's a California Sea Lion that's murky, and then you, or a human, and more Yellowtail Surgeonfish mixed in with some Seargeant Major Fish and Butterflyfish. I got to 2:43. I don't know what those fish are after that, sardines or anchovies? Then you got a Jack (Horse Eye or Crevalle?)...at least that's what I think I'm seeing up through about halfway, hope these are right. Just because you can rent something doesnt mean you suddenly are experienced to drive heavy bikes.. run around in heavy traffic in fast speed, without any security equipment. Also giving away your passport only clueless dudes do, as it is illegal to not have it on you all the time.. i can see why people die and crash a lot.

Nice propaganda, but little based in fact. I have lived in Tijuana area since 2006. I have lived in the eastern colonias, Tecate, and Rosarito. I feel more safe down here than when i cross to the states. Please live in fear if you feel you need to. Preaching fear is despicable, though.
