Steel is fire retardant and the fiberglass isn't I had choose steel my experience love it yes there was small rust nothing major just need fresh paint only in front entry side but inside still perfect. 32 years only changed colors 3 time cause of decor trends every 10 years plus steel is strong 💪 for security over fiberglass

Is it ok to sometimes have exposed nails at the corner? Only one of my windows 🪟 out of 20 has two exposed nails at the corner. Not sure why nails were needed when they would be visible.

I'm a bit confused...at first you mention that one of the cons of fiber cement siding is that it requires a more rigorous and labor intensive upkeep. But then later when you talk about costs you mention that fiber cement has minimal maintenance costs and that helps to offset the higher initial cost?

bro this is a worthless cost break down and video. 5-50 thousand dollars is not a useful answer in anway. Give a break down in square footage like, 5 dollars per square foot installed or something useful.
