Hey, it has been a while! I kinda want to challenge you a bit to get out of the darkness shrouding your mind. I dare you to try something with a tangible risk associated with it. Parachute, doing a hot lap on a track, riding a motorcycle... Anything to get the adrenaline pumping a bit. I'm not an adrenaline junky seeking out thrills all the time but I did notice that true risk helps balance my brain when it goes wonky. My theory is that a lack of danger or absence potential of bodily harm accumulates stress overtime with no tangible releases mechanisms. Shit like politics, crashing economies or exposure to culture wars overloads the brain but it isn't designed for that type of stress. We are more naturally geared for situations like running away from a predator or risking a move during a hunt which are both quick escalation and release. You've got this! Push your envelope a bit and let me know how it goes. <3 Ps. My lips cracked and now I'm bleeding from trying to smile along with you. Who knew smiling was a blood sport!

My wife and I have both been pretty depressed lately too. She's gone back to therapy for a bit, which has been good for her but it doesn't work for everyone and isn't cheap. Focusing on simple things around the house helps too. I nice clean kitchen feels great. For me I honestly feel the lift from playing guitar every night instead of video games. I'm in my own little headphone world and it's 100% just for me. If I'm feeling angry I can play angry music and get that energy out, or play something mellow to help me chill a bit. It's literally just feeling what I'm feeling and playing what fits in the moment. My wife has also been knitting small little fun things. It's different fro everyone, but finding something that helps you help yourself feel better is important. We love you and hope you get back to feeling like yourself soon!

Vitamins, healthy food mixed in to your normal diet and try to phase out fried or processed stuff, and super important - exercise. Cardio is fantastic for your mood even if it's miserable during. I hate running so I got a fancy road bike and now it's the part of the day I look forward to most.

Top tips if you're using this to install a maxxfan. Sadly theres a few issues to manage to extend the life of your maxxfan 1 get a 12v dc dc buck converter to prevent over voltage trashing your control board 2 remove the main control board, cover all exposed connections ( pins and plugs) in tape and spray the board with several coats of acrylic conformal coating to protect it from moisture failure 3 removing of old silicone can be made easier if you have a heat gun but you need to be careful not to overheat components you want to keep Was your opening 350x350mm?

i wound up snipping off the standard connector off my plumbing pipe and getting a flexible 1/2" faucet extension with a shark bite valve from home depot, works great so far and i can cut water to my toilet and still have it everywhere else if it needs replaced

You should have just turned in that manager for no water and bathroom breaks. The DM should have ordered a refrigerator.. they all require a frig and a microwave. I am a DT store manager and this is not normal. The COVID girl should have reached out to Sedgwick.. I don’t believe her whatsoever.. first time having COVID you get paid plus your time off. And we as managers have a ton of stuff on our plates, it’s no easy job. We expect a certain amount of work out of employees, it’s not Walmart where you can be on your phone when you have no customers. It’s not an easy place to work cause it’s actually hard work.. it’s mental and physical. We put up with theft, and people destroying the store. I have been with this company for 15 years and I started as a cashier. All I can say to anyone that has issues is to call their HR for support.

I let my associates have drinks at their register. Long as it’s not an open container. Break is after 2 hours. And it’s poor management not the company as a whole. Colorado stores are different obviously.. dollar trees problems are that they want you to do too much work with less people.
