Hi there!!! Okay so there are many ways to do parasite cleanses so I always think it’s best to do your own research to see what resonates with you and your body!! Coffee enigmas, herbal tinctures, cold pressed frozen castor oil pills, are just S O M E of the many ways you can!! Also don’t forget to look into “Binders” while detoxing to help eliminate! Also it’s best to do around the full moon as that’s when those little suckers are extra active! I hope this helps lead you in the right direction! So I didn’t eat gluten for a year or more but I did integrate it back into my system as it doesn’t bother me anymore (after doing cleanses and working on my gut health) I do 85% of the time eat “clean- organic, non bleached flour” from home and the other 15% would be times of “eating out” or at (some) friends houses 😆🤎

I know cilantro (organic) is a great herb for detoxing… that’s one of the main ones i used… I did the (Medical medium heavy metal detox smoothie) and drank that every morning for my detox. The smoothie was delicious and made it really easy to stick to the detox! Im still learning about herbs and plants so I’m not sure on others but I believe Parsley, Barleygrass powder & Spirulina are great too🪴✨

Omgoodness this makes so so dang happy to hear 🥹✨ I’m so glad my video found you 🫶🏽 Okay so I know for the heavy metal detox I do the Medical Mediums “heavy metal detox” because that resonated with me and was easy (enough) to do! As far as the parasite cleansing I cannot remember what supplements I had help aid in removal buuuuut there are soooo many ways to do this (same as heavy metal detox) so I would suggest to start checking out different protocols people have shared and find what resonates with you and your body! They vary from coffee enigmas, certain supplements to help aid, there are diets that help, ivermectin, so it really just depends on your body 🤗 Do look into “binders” (ie: charcoal, etc) to help attach to parasites and toxins when you are detoxing and helping with expelling them as wellllll as “lymphatic drainage” during any cleanses!! Also did Liver detoxes and used herbs to support my liver (dandelion, etc) and super important- I never did more than 1 cleanse at a time….. and with breaks after to integrate and see how my body felt post cleanse…. listen to your body… detox symptoms are no joke (depending on how many toxins, etc are in your body trying to leave) but this is why Binders and Opening your lymph is sooooo important during any detox 🤎 It took me a while to start to understand everything that goes into healing and detoxing but everything starts to connect and make sense as you and your body journey through these healing stages together ✨ Don’t overwhelm yourself darlin! One thing at a time 😌✨

Especially perfume, so that was so hard to “give up!” I did find a “cleaner” version of perfume called 11 11 by Lake Skye and I’m absolutely obsessed and use it for special occasions! There’s no way anyone can live a 100% toxic free life so I sprinkle random stuff in accordingly 😆🧚🏽‍♀️✨

I’ve learned that my preferred way to do so is out in nature early in the morning when the world is still quiet and waking up, or “walking meditations” Those are my absolute favorite!!!!! ⛅️🍃🌸 Definitely find what kind works for you!!! Guided meditations are great too! 🧚🏽‍♀️

Okay so to not overload you more- I personally just started a new journal “All the good shit that happens to me” (I also posted a reel on it yesterday with instructions and tips🤎) to help shift my own mindset back to focusing on all the good…. As far as books- read the book recommended in my video first- (The body keeps the score) it’s also linked in the description! For whatever you are experiencing I am certain you’ll be able to connect your own healing dots 🥹 For The Workout Witch- I also just restarted my 90 day program (i bought the big bundle when it was on sale for- hips, shoulders, jaw, release - and something else) it’s so gentle and a great chill way to move trauma out of our bodies without all the “reliving it” pain or flashbacks 🥹🫶🏽 If you try it you have to keep me posted how it goes for you on any of this!
