For me, energy is the biggest issue. Work on grounding - sitting outside with your feet on the bare earth, hug a tree. If you are meditating, it is good to take a break, sometimes that helps calm things down. Ultimately, Kundalini is in charge so its best to surrender. Apologies that my video did not meet your satisfaction. I live in an RV at the edge of the forest currently and try to do the best I can with what I have. I took this video outside of my RV because I wanted to take advantage of the storm. I'm sorry my RV air conditioner offended you so much. Good thing there's an infinite number of videos out there for you to consume. If you aren't happy with mine just move on or just go make the content you enjoy yourself. ✌✌
