This season, I’m in a Les Miserables mood. This is the song that made me think of Blue Christmas, a service held on the winter solstice, the longest night of the year, to acknowledge the darkness of life and to honor those who are grieving.

Don’t freak out... But I (a stranger, obviously) HAD to comment on this… Man, you’re livin’ the dream! (at least for those of us who didn’t get to try skating until their 30’s, despite watching every Winter Olympics growing up 😂 haha)! -Somehow a random search for “Skate Canada 2024” put this on my feed , and truly brightened my day. Beautiful camels with perfect positions and minimal traveling! And a nice touch doing both cw and ccw spins. That’s a rare beauty these days. Also, really GREAT footwork (years of hard work evident!) and a PERFECT Salchow, too. Keep it up!! One’s never too old to reach for the impossible- that’s how the possible is made. And my my: From a CPA, no less! (creeped your name, as I thought I’d heard it from previous Juniors competitions lol ; Obviously, I was wrong-my eyesight must be going. 🤦🏼♂️ But that’s so awesome! My faith in Gen-Z is restored. Best of luck in both of your future careers! I’m totally impressed. 👍
