There is no option for a simple drivers license renewal when making an appointment. Is it U.S. Citizen & Permanent Resident Driver License/ID or is it CDL Renewal/Out of state medical card? The first choice doesn’t mention “renewal” and the second option appears to refer to a COMMERCIAL drivers license. Please don’t make this any harder than it has to be.

With all the new construction of homes and commercial real estate, the taxes are increased to the value of these new buildings, which is often at least 3 times or greater multiple of the value upon which the taxes were previously based. This will only continue to increase taxes collected on a greater and greater scale, while services should not be increasing on the same scale. What can be done about this? Property taxes are becoming a an ev er increasing mortgage for life for each homeowner.

I made a mistake and can't correct it and can't make a later appointment because I have exceeded the maximum number of appointments. I’m trying to schedule an appointment for my wife and after putting her name and phone # there’s a button that says “send a code” BUT she never received a code So we can’t schedule her appointment. This new system failed!!

I’m very appreciative of the improvements with services and appointment process. My only reservation with is with my own experience paying my property tax. It’s further complicated by the lack of “continuity, What I mean by this, your staff, whether by lack of training or negligence. It starts with the “human” element, ie., it begins by design. Calls to you and as in your automated instructions-primarily DMV and tax collection. My example, begins with the “genius” when I stopped by your University location and was advised by the front desk worker will need to make an appointment via your system, however, not once did she mention -the downtown office would take walk-ins. In other words, did not elaborate more on my questions on matters of paying. My property taxes. Furthermore, was able to discern more information by calling your office and had my questions in a satisfactory fashion. Again, I don’t need to disparage anyone nor your appointment system. My actual disappointed was your office staff lacking a professional manner and communications (lacking basic knowledge) as to the complicity of consequences tied to your operations (auto and tax collections,) Perhaps not all are working from the same page or just plain “cohesiveness.” Staff too “lackadaisical” attitude, even when, Whom I need to speak with in I addressing my questions. Only where I asked for the Office Manager did I get a contact person (a Mr. Kevin Page) and the manager provided me and did help me address her staff’s lacking training in goo customer and professional al service.
