Sorry I didn’t explain it in the video, but when you defend a transition if you defend it almost instantly (pre deny), is when you will get reversals the most frequently, there are some exceptions such as the full guard transition to half guard, there is a bit more time to defend it and get the reversal compared to other ones, also it really depends on the fighter you are using, if you are using a striker more so then a wrestler a lot of them will not have the more advanced sweeps you would like. (Also some reversals can be just like a normal transition when the opponent is very low stamina). Hope this answers your question!

@LukeBear yeah I managed to get some reversals against bots in career modes. But what I am wondering is how to do sweeps now. Is a sweep really just a transition from sub to dom, or are there some sweeps that can be only done by having some momentum transition?

@@DeepDeepEast yes and no, there are many different types of sweeps, if you want to know specific ones the best idea would be to find the fighter you use and go into their moves list and find what sweeps they can do
