Would like to see homes from 21st and Harvard to Utica Square to Lewis and back to Lewis and 21st. Also interested in the Monica Casino ,Cascia Hall, and Holland Hall areas. I am in Midland, Tx area now for 30 years and born and raised in Tulsa for my first 48 years. Would like to move home, but most of my family migrated to Midland due to the oil and gas industry. My BS and MS degrees are from Northeastern State with post grad at OU, Norman OK. I really enjoy your videos.

I know crime can and will happen anywhere but after watching all the first 48 tulsa episodes that show taught me never to move or visit tulsa ok.

Tulsa is a very convenient city. Everywhere is within 20 minutes. The airport is easy. Traffic is easy. Shopping is easy. Gas prices are usually low compared to other places. Great parks. Great zoo and aquarium. Great ballfield. Great concert halls and venues. Lakes all around it. And yes, Tulsa does have nightlife. It's a great little city.

Sorry, but home prices are way too high! Sellers from 2020-22 think they are getting $100-150K more than they paid. No thanks; I’m happy saving and waiting this out.

I’ve lived in Tulsa most of my life. I would say bipolar may best describe Tulsa. We built a massive park that’s ranked as one of the best in the nation while simultaneously closing public pools and community centers in the poorer parts of town. Our downtown has steadily been revitalized but it’s now populated by douche bags. The city has heavily pushed the popularity of Route 66 even though that road mainly services shady used car lots and motels that never have less than one dead hooker on the property at all times. The same road on the other side of town is like driving through clinical depression. Our streets look like they have been paved using the surface of Mars. There are pot holes that will kill you if you hit them. Yes our roads want to kill you. Due to scientists splitting the homeless atom every neighborhood now has its own homeless camp. We have a gross river that is in dire need of mowing for a good three months out of the year. No matter where you go there you are, every city can be ripped to shreds as easily as it can be praised. If you don’t like Tulsa you can get the hell on and if you do like it here I’m guessing you’ve been to Mississippi.

Yikes! Are they everywhere around Tulsa and do you see them often? I think they are beautiful creatures!

I have been waiting for this episode! Thank you ! I have questions in regards to the remote job like I’m working on my digital marketing certification, I have my llc and want to start my own business. Should i apply to jobs in Tulsa or just get started with my own which I want anyway to have my own business that’s why I purchased my llc . .. I still have to work a full time job so my own business is a side hustle for now so should I just wait or apply and then reach out for housing if I get approved??

Love all your videos thank you! It really helps people like us who are thinking of relocating. Do have a question for you, noticed you have beautiful German shepherds of which we have three Shepherd dogs. Depending on groups that you participate in or videos you watch they say that the ticks, spiders, snakes are big problem in Oklahoma. Where we live in Colorado we have them here but we don't really have them in our subdivision we've never had to put our dogs on flea and tick medication and we have one dog that's epileptic and he can't be on any of that stuff. Would you say all of those critters are a big problem there. I suppose maybe it depends on where you live in Oklahoma. We are primarily looking South Tulsa, broken arrow and Jenks.

I left Tulsa because no matter what you're showing on this video, there are still problems with racial/age job discrimination. Other problems include horrible roads, a crazy governor who doesn't care about public education, women's health, lower pay scales, etc. Yeah... my advice is to move to northern states. At least they have unions to protect workers.

I moved to Tulsa 30 years ago from Upstate NY. I fell in love with the people here, but now it's no different than living in NY. I will not retire here.

Tulsa's a little town with a big city ego. Frankly, avoid Oklahoma altogether if you have a choice. If i had a choice, I'd be so outta here.

This will be another inspiration home for mine. That outdoor kitchen features a circular flat top grill which is similar to a Blackstone. That’s a nicer one! Great for Hibachi, steaks, smash burgers, breakfast etc!

I am from Tulsa and I love it! I ve lived in East, then BA, then mid town, then believe it or not Sand Springs and now back to somewhat mid town. This influx of California s and Seattle people are making living here expensive!
