Sacred Creatives 005: Trying less, being more
We had the pleasure of sitting down with Tanicia Pratt (she/her), an incredible interdisciplinary poet, artist, writer, and performer. She came by the gallery to share more of herself, and it was such a beautiful experience. Starting in Nassau’s underground poetry scene with spoken word, Tanicia later moved to London to dive into experimental poetics. Her work explores divine connection, family, love, sexuality, and self. It’s visceral, surreal, and profoundly spiritual-truly sacred.

In 2005, Bahamian artist Antonius Roberts, in collaboration with Tyrone Ferguson, transformed the former Whylly Platation at Clifton Pier, Nassau Bahamas.
