LOVE your content. My daughter and her fiance want a full bar and I as the MOB wanted just beer and wine and two signature drinks. But in order to get our non-alcohol drinkers (and we have a fair amount) access to water, soft drinks, etc. during cocktail hour, we have to go with the full bar package. And it's an outside summer wedding. I am just worried that with only one bar outside during cocktail hour that the line will be very long for people to get mixed drinks. I plan to ask if they can set up buckets of ice with grab and go water, coke and sprite. This way those folks don't have to wait and it thins out the line of people waiting for cocktails. I really like your ideas about having signs that folks can read while waiting in line to help them have a decision when they get to the front of the line. We are serving 100 guests with one bartender. Is this do-able? Or do we need to bite the bullet and get two bartenders?
