"Misinformation and disinformation" when the "fact checkers" are bought and paid for by the left... doesn't mean truth. "Truth" means what's expedient to the DNC. For example, Snopes constantly lies. They debunk strawman arguments or debunk small parts of a larger claim wipe their hands and call it a day. University environment is totally and utterly ideologically captured by the extreme far left, yet people in academia thing they're in the center or slightly left of center, like you two. You live in a bubble, you are being honest with the information you have access to, but your information is so bad you come to shitty conclusions.

the primary skill of the CEO is selling themselves and taking credit for the labor of other people. its not being a good leader, its not knowledge in the industry, its the ability to pretend you are responsible for the success of others and convincing other people of that. our system cannot tell the difference between a scammer and a hard worker. and CEOs are the biggest scammers.

The problem isn't to do with capital. The problem is "workers" need to get better at negotiating their salaries. The main solution to this problem has been unions, but in countless cases, unions become corrupt, and they get so greedy that the workers they defend become too expensive. We need honest representation that can get people fair pay without bankrupting the employer.

Capitalism is a gacha game. Even if you eventually win the lottery, the owner of the machine is the one hoarding coins. Then some lucky individual will look their neighbor right in the eye and swear it was effort that lead them to some "financial success".
