We used this Doorlock for 5 years, this week The flip is not working (no response when touch the sensor) , so we had to use password to open the lock. How to fix the flip?

highly do not recommend this shit. Battery dies in weeks. If you accidently use some specific brands of battery, the lock will jam and it cant lock. service center wont help you.
