I know the writers will again do an injustice to Jonathan's character in season 5, as they seem to really hate the character. But I really hope there will be at least one scene between Jonathan and Joyce about Jonathan and his problems. Or maybe I'm hoping too much from writers who no longer have time to write such slice-of-life scenes and are instead busy writing slapstick comedy.

Honestly I feel like Jonathan is the most underrated character ever yeah he done some questionable things but you can’t deny he is a good brother and a good son.

I'm sure the guy who plays Troy is a nice guy, but if you were unsatisfied by the lack of comeuppance the character got, just know the actor is also in the second season of The Purge TV series, and he does get a machete through him in episode 8. Just imagine that it's Troy, but slightly older.
