what was dummy dps with div evo? was this CBT2 or 3, because shrapnel got nerfed in cbt3 iirc meta for our server was Jaws > Corrosion >> Burn AKM = Frost Vortex = Outsider > Pioneer

What does it mean by “when the weapon is activated”? Specifically with the vengeful mod in your boots

CBT3 recurve crossbow located at the bell tower. climb up using the ladder at the back of the building. no need to kill the elite unless you are doing the quest. In my case, it took me 20mins to kill the elite due to the gap(damage wise) lol. There's too much hype on the xbow so I tried to secure it as early as possible, however, I still find a sniper rifle with scope better. =)
