First you getting your upper body way to forward and not only wrecking your lower back if you used any sort of weigh but also not squatting near 90° which is straight up inefficient… Second why are you moving around and making your self have a leg that will be more tired besides also not having a stable squatting set up position is really not smart … as a personal trainer I’m beyond disappointed to look at that … you are not squatting properly just to give your clients that don’t understand anything the idea that moving around will get you more results or /and benefits plus exemplifying not only a dumb exercise also showing it in an incorrect form cause you probably so used to doing it that way that you don’t even have the strength to use your quads going up and down properly without relying 100% on your glutes and lower back.
