also, I started playing myself, and I used for rent bc it was personally easier than the roommate system, which I couldn’t figure out lol. I will say, I did experience bugs for the events related to renting such as the charity drive, which I restarted my game and eventually solved, and the ghost event, which I couldn’t figure out which impacted my unit rating. I finally opted out of the for rent events after the second time the ghost event bugged out for me. otherwise, it’s been running well on my simple laptop

Thank you for letting me know 🩷 I was hoping to be able to use For Rent for this challenge as I like the idea of all the characters living on the lot from the start and rotating through them, which I don’t think is possible without the rental system. Thank you so much for the advice 🩷 the audio did really annoy me when I was editing this, and I did try using software to cancel it out, but it made my voice sound a little weird, so I just kept the original audio. Unfortunately I’ve already filmed the second episode in advance…but I’ll have a play around with my microphone to see if I can get it to sound nicer for the third one.
