Gonna just say, the fps is caused by the recording software I use, it usually gets back to normal after a minute or two, but I didn’t record long enough for it to happen. Sorry.

the reason the second circuit works faster than the first is that the circuit is taking the fastest repeater (the one tick) and essentially making that the primary Redstone line, whereas the series circuit is taking each individual repeater with different ticks (six ticks) so it takes longer. Maybe this is how it works in real life too, I don't know, just thought I would explain it in case it wasn't
