First, God bless Andy.... I never thought I would be where I am, but I am. Sorry to say, but the official NHS options are more destructive than helpful. It is more than talking. It needs listeners and solutions. The world will not change in a day. But how I am still here, I don't know. I don't want to leave, but nobody seems to care. It is shocking that suicide is the 2nd biggest killer of men under 45. What does that say about society? Why is it left to charitiy?I am so glad this charity is there, and I discovered it today, but it upsets me that is my best solution. It is a separate subject, but most of my emotional problems are down to very poor Policing, not once, but over many years at least four times the Police have blatantly failed me, and if I had money I could prove it in court. But even now, in 2024, the Police do not seem to care. They just want their pay cheque and pension. A disappointing world we live in. Let's go back and tell them.

I watched this video about a year ago and watched it again today. My heart still hurts for Tom, but I am very happy to see him doing his thing, that he is not giving up. Thank you Tom for continuing to fight. Tom impressed me years ago with his genuine love for his work, his band and his music. He is a magnificent frontman who gave his work everything he had. Bad things happen, you fix them and move on with your life. Some people will never understand or listen, well that's their right. Fck your former colleagues. No matter how hard they try, no matter how much they pretend and no matter how much they play in public, they will never replace you. You've done more for them than any of them ever could. I am very happy that Tom has a loving family around him and true friends who support him wholeheartedly. Don't give up my friend, music is boring without you. Best wishes. Take care of yourself and your family.

Amazing work that AMC does throughout the country. 'ITS OK TO TALK' and you'll feeling better for doing so, as well as for listening to others at a club near you! Such a welcoming environment and a great start to the week.
