I started watching this video, and decided to check my vacuum line like you do in hte beginning, and found my EGR was loose, it wiggled a tiny bit, but that was enough to leak. I tightened the bolts and the problem is gone.

Mine is in much worse shape even the dust shield is completely rusted ..tooknthe whole thing off before breaking those bearing bolts loose now guess im screwed can't seem to break them loose now..actually was doing a whole front replacement struts and all...

Awesome vid! Didn't have a wire handy, and I can confirm that a paperclip WILL work. Picked up a wired on-off switch from O'Reilly's that I installed so I can leave the short hooked up and check whenever.

Quick question - the air hose underneath the air filter - not the main intake hose but the secondary I think - when I was changing my headlight, I saw this was sticking out more than normal and I pushed it in. I bought a new duct seal just in case, not expensive, but any idea why it’s happening?

Takes less than a minute if you know what you’re doing! Imagine how long it would take if you went to your mechanic 😂

Mine do not click back in. I have two bulbs that came out right after putting them in and tested and did work. Any ideas? I can’t get them to click in!

Your supposed to mix the coolant down to 50/50 or 40/60 when using concentrated coolant. And u didn’t even bleed / burp the system. Thank the lord your not a mechanic.

Great video, thanks for posting. I'm trying to figure out how to do this for my RABS light. Is it the same procedure, or do I put the wires in a different spot on the harness? I know some models have that connector to be tested in the kick panel area left of the brake, but mine doesn't have that..

I could not get the rotor off my truck. Same 2011 ram 1500. Gonna just replace the hub and rotor all in one.

ooh boy! That pump the pedal bit after the install is complete is kinda crucial. First time I did my own I forgot that step. Butt pucker moment going down the first hill.

Could it also be a broken / bad gas cap? Not sealing the EGR system?

I removed the intake hose to have more space to remove the tab.
