It’s October 2024, and these guys have since released 11 more studio albums in the 23 years since this release. Talk about prolific…and not a single one has been subpar. However, I’d still put this one as top 3, maybe even my favorite. The sequencing of the album, its flow, the songs themselves, the riffs, the melodies, the vocals…it’s ALL here. One of the best metal bands out there.

Живьём Ульяна конечно не тянула, но альбом с её вокалом нравится больше. Писался изначально исходя из её вокальных данных и поэтому любой другой вариант будет больше похож на кавер, даже при полной перезаписи. Да и круто что есть два полноценных варианта. Уникальный случай Кстати, непонятно почему Амадеус на альбоме оставили в версии без женского вокала? 🤔

При всё уважении к IF, но у Нуки другая энергетика и изюминка. Один Хаос в её исполнении чего стоит. Здесь ещё и 2 войны запороли в записи как будто.

насколько же интереснеее звучал Слот без Нуки, но к сожалению за такое мнение заклюют сейчас. всегда твердил что Ульяна и Теона интереснее, но современных поклонников группы это явно не устроит. Спасибо Ульяна и Теона за шикарные альбомы)

Господи, вот это тру версия альбома, та, благодаря которой я полюбил Слот. Баланс напора и чувствительности, агрессии и трагедии в голосе🥲 "7 звонков", "Нет" - просто шедевры, как можно было так тонко прочувствовать и передать нужные эмоции? Эти треки были просто затерты до дыр, (впрочем, как и "2 войны")) Грустно, что так мало контента было выпущено с Ульяной, а потом еще и переписано😓 В версиях с Нуки в куплетах слишишь какую-то нарочитую шелковистость, а в припевах все свалено в агрессиию и неестественный надрыв, ну совсем не поймано настроение. Нуки классно звучит на всех следующих альбомах с Тринити до Септимы (после Септимы пошло ну просто говнище какое-то полное), но не тут. Очень печально, что на ЯМузыке еë версии треков, а не Ульяны😭

This was a groundbreaking album, doesn’t get the full recognition it deserves. The way it combined heaviness with the melodies and soulful vocals was a serious game changer, for them and for alternative rock/metal in general. There’s so many iconic stand out tracks that represent this style- Praise, Trust, Crucified, Shine, Follow, Live Again, Beautiful, Redefine. What an album.
