I used to not like this song. I always told my friends "there are just some songs that got overplayed too much and ruined them." I had a friend who said I force myself to listen to them so that I can listen to what the song is saying and what God is trying to speak into me with it. I found this version two nights ago and started bawling my eyes out because it was not only beautiful in a different key it completely took my focus off the music and started to only listen to the lyrics. This goes to say regardless of my circumstances, I will always trust in you, even when I'm sinking quickly into shame, depression, guilt, and anxiety you are mine and I am yours.
