"Nafas Bettabekh" is a Lebanese expression which means, spirit in cooking.

My name is Noêle El Hachach and food is my passion
My friends call me Mama Noêle, cause whenever they need a food recipe, they call me and I always find them the exact ingredients with the right instructions.

When a friend gave me the idea to open a page on Facebook, I was hesitating and a bit shy. But as soon as I opened the cooking page "Nafas Bettabekh", people started to share my videos, likes, encouraging comments and views started to increase.
