That's the first time I've seen the cherry blossom Rilakkuma in that type of setup. Usually it's in the claw machine with the big yellow ball.

You are right and ,they made 😮it harder because if you do not get it to turn it will not drop. They put bars on each side. lol I do win figures and plush toys for parents and kids .

The rubber band one is hard. I think you’re supposed to try to get it from the corner of the box to scoop it out but it’s hard to get the hit
