We built the 6x8 HF greenhouse indoors on a concrete floor. They send just the number of M8 nuts and bolts and they fell many times during the process ... the point being that if you are building outside have tarps under and around to be able to find them more easily. Ours was the black unit which adds complexity to the assembly. Look at the pictures VERY carefully ... if they show a diagonal piece just touching at the joint that means no amount of overlap will work later on. The engineering is well done, but the instructions could be better. We built it with two people; a third would be helpful. The most useful tool is a M8 socket driver (looks like a screw driver). You only need an M8 and M10 (metric)nut drivers and we purchased them from Harbor Freight as a complete set. The socket end of the M8 is too deep, so put a drop of glue in the end so that the nut will screw onto the tiny M8 bolts. a 4 ft step ladder was a must. Be careful to keep the framing from tipping over during the construction so as to keep from bending up the many parts of the walls. It will test a good marriage but is worth it once assembled. That's a Pigeon Tremex it is a species of horntail. It's also native to eastern and western North America. Hope this helps ❤

I just bought a tiny cutting. Oh my, she's been cold and wet! I just put her in a slightly larger pot. And watered with warm water. I put the little pot in a pot of stones so maybe the temperature won't swing as much.

Good to see you!!! Excited to see your greenhouse when you get to put it up. I only have a few orchids in bloom right now, 2 SVO Compact catts, something that looks like a Volcano Trick, Volcano Queen with 30 plus blooms on one spike and a few phals. Lots of new growth going on though.

I saw an episcia for the first time today and immediately purchased it. The leaves are dark olive green with silver and metallic pink and it is flowering (orange red). Thanks to your video I hope to keep it alive and thriving. It is so beautiful.

I have 2 silver pothos. The one I repotted (my first one) isn't doing well, curling up. The other one still in the store pot is looking healthy. I aalso tried growing in just water, but still the leaves look curled up. I am going to water it more frequently now and see.🤞🏽

I managed to get double spikes after cutting the original stem off completely, down to the base. That stem died off, then a few months later I spotted a brand new stem. Then after a couple more months, I'm seeing a second stem. First stem is blooming. Second stem is showing signs it'll bloom soon too. Love it!

Thank you! I got a zygo 2 weeks ago as a gift. It seems to dry out rapidly. It is in a plastic pot with drainage at bottom only. 1. Should I repot it? One of the leaves turned yellow and leaves generally seem dry. 2. Can I use the same MSU fertilizer as for my Phals?

How do you water when it's just moss? Do you soak it or just make sure there's enough to be moist?

I got a cutting from a friend and it rooted perfectly in water. It was then transferred to soil not too long ago. At the moment it is just one stem, will it develop more stems from the roots? Or offshoots? Or do I need to keep propagating to make the plant bushier?! Not much info out there. TIA.
