Castulo Castro AKA "Rama Cas", originally from Colombia, South America, relocated to New York in 1967 at the age of four and was raised in Far Rockaway, Queens.
Rama Cas resided in Maracaibo, Venezuela for over three decades and has more than 20 years of experience as a maritime agent in the shipping and oil industries.

Hi. When I do the moves, I cannot do it with one inhale and ine exhale. It sometimes takes 2 of them. Otherwise I ran out of breath. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong? Thx
