I really wanna try getting into gunpla and doing weathering effects. Does the weathering powder last long or do i need to apply some sort of top coat when i'm done to make sure it doesn't dissolve/come off?

Could you cut out a piece of glass to size first and attach it to the window, and then carefully crack each individual pane to give them each a unique pattern of cracks? The way you do it in the video is perfect for a large single pane but it looks like the crack is originating from the same point for all the separate panels. You could keep a couple of panes intact that way also. Would that be something worth trying to see how that looks? I don't currently have any spare glass as foolish me threw out our old ones not long ago or I would try it.

I love how the end result doesn't have the putty applied. LMFAO

Should I do something to help it flow like paint it with clear water in the recess to help flow aid, I remember someone saying never go in dry like with dry brushing

No offense, but to me it looks like 2 different turrets, same model just another turret. and to cover up most small seams, i'd recommend using a tooth pick to apply the putty so that way you have less of a mess and it's easier to clean up. I am no expert at this stuff, but it works for me!

I regularly use heavy sprue to mix paints. I have the ends with a piece sticking out to stir out the bottom of the paint bottle.
