You uhh.... Okay... Make an oval rotating lens sander and just grind it off to look better, print a clear disk no curves and use the sander to shape it instead of printing it to shape that lens is gonna ruin your eyes more than help trust me

Get a wham bham for it. Metal springboard. Much easier to get parts off.

You might want to get some more precise tools and stuff just in case... Having your glasses a bit off from your actual prescription might be fine for a bit, but after a while it'll start causing eye strain and migraines and stuff... I've heard about a lens design kit being worked on as a plugin for FreeCAD (an open source program) As for printing, IDK, this looks like an SLA thing, I don't know much about those, I mostly just work with an FDM printer because it seemed like a better option at the time... I had to learn a lot about it too because it's one of those cheap creality ones, just a base model ender 3, and they can get really temperament... Mine likes to break the probe off of the BLtouch sensor if you dare to leave it unsupervised during initial calibration... It will then promptly start to melt a hole in the glass build plate if you don't shut it off fast enough... Mostly it's fine, but it seems like it always malfunctions at the worst time... If you sit there intently watching it for the whole print, nothing goes wrong... If you then decide that means you can leave the room next time and it'll be fine... It randomly decides to print a different file from the one you selected, and botches that one by melting it into a little ball and rolling it around the plate...
