Yeah I noticed theres a lot of ‘I think’ and that’s the problem. Religions have zero issue criticising and telling people how to live their lives while citing a being that you say yourself is all knowing and all powerful. So if thats true, why would he have anything to do with the catholic church, or humans at all? Why would he share with us when he looks down on us in the same way we view insects? Assuming you know exactly what God wants is incredibly narcissistic. As Jethro Tull said ‘he’s not the kind to wind up on a Sunday’

To me it makes no difference to all whether there is or is not a god. The religious make more money ,marriage is last longer, they have children whereas the others don't, they do not self delete, they are happier and their Faith gives them strength under pressure purpose and meaning in life...... Even if there is no God at all religion is always vastly superior to atheism or secular humanism which are the hallmarks of a civilization in its death throes,if all past civilizations are any metric.
