trying to cut fat, and gain muscle. but, i also have the curve of psoriasis in my way as well, so my diet has to be tailored towards that. anyways, new vid soon again. already in the works

the last day of the bulk is today. so i thought, hey. why not have an incredibly fatty, unhealthy cheat meal to celebrate my bulk process and truly go all out before i have to go into a calorie deficit. Calculating all the macros was like “holy shit, i ate chums daily intake in one day” so, please enjoy the video
