I'm so sorry you're dealing with that. Mirtazapine is a terrible drug and chronic constipation is awful.

Hi Crystral. Have you tried Colonic Irrigation Hydrotherapy (Rectal Enema) to ditch the laxatives? Many products out there. Psyllium Husk is my only remedy. After years on laxatives and still being plugged for 6-7 days, I now drink two 16oz cups of Psyllium Husk mixed with prune juice every 12 hours. The juice will thicken up with the Psyllium Husk turning into gel that I eat with a spoon just like apple souse. There is no stopping that. More power than MiraLAX or Magnesium Citrate but gentle on gut and produces tons of soft poop instead of yellow jets coming out of my A$$. It takes time for your body to get use to Psyllium Husk mix but once it does, it's the only natural solution for slow moving gut that pulls all moisture out. You can't start it when you're plugged cause you'll puke it all out. You have to start Psyllium Husk after laxative purge on empty gut system and then keep drinking/eating it every 12 hours with other foods. It will not work like laxative that can go around blockage and soften stool all the way down to anus. It has to be started after total cleanse so it's first thing going down the tubes on the first dose, then take it with food for rest of your life. You stop for a day or two and will need laxatives again.

I recently found out I have osteoporosis. I was so skinny in the 1980s and 1990s I’m sure I messed myself up because of that. I have all kinds of issues. Hang in there. ❤

Thanks for sharing your experience and symptoms I originally started taking this for insomnia and to help my appetite I was under weight and not sleeping barely at all however after starting this medication I started experiencing severe anxiety and panic attacks almost daily sometimes multiple attacks in one day so debilitating So I went back 10 days ago to my doctor and he reduced my dose by 50percent he wanted me to completely stop ct and start a new AD but my anxiety was so bad during this time that I was afraid of making the situation worse the worst part is I didn’t correlate this with the medication so I suffered for months I thought it was a supplement I was taking so I stopped that then I though I had became intolerant to coffee and caffeine eliminated that then I started to think I was becoming severely ill and thought maybe I needed a psychiatrist or hospital it wasn’t until I started looking on Reddit and researching that I realized it could be the mirtazpine so I scheduled a doctors appointment it was definitely the medicine!!! After reducing it by half now at 15 mg a week ago the panic attacks have stopped completely and the severe anxiety it’s just mild now nothing some lavender chamomile tea won’t fix however now I have a new set of symptoms I’m sweating nauseous appetite greatly reduced back pain only sleeping like 5 hours heart rate increases at random especially upon waking up with very mild anxiety horrible horrible experience wish I had never taken it I can’t wait to get out of this mess the side effects are worse than my original problem !!!! Hope you’re doing better and thanks for sharing

Thank you, this is a great idea especially because some toppers don't have enough coverage especially in the back. I did try this once. I just want to caution people that when you cut the wefts you lose A LOT of length so you need to be mindful of that. I like about 14 inches of hair so I would need to get very long wigs to do this too. There needs to be a good amount of hair on the cap that's left too so it's not too thin.

Like me, you have a long thin face, and I noticed that shorter lengths (shoulders) will make the face look more round. Also if you are petite, a shorter length will make you look better :)
