@@jbtv1130 exactly, that just shows the real problem. Most people don't record their pulls. Now they can say whatever they want. Also the big causing the issue needs to be fixed. I opened another ticket, let's see their response now.

The problem is they don't see anything on their system so that might be on server level issue. So it's so bad they actually just ignored my complain so badly.

@@mightyzoo i doubt they will do much reaching out because you made a youtube video, as others stated, they just didnt research or understand exactly the problem. I havent had any tickets needed to submit during this build but in beta I had a few things similar, and I had to go back and forth a few times before it was narrowed down to what exactly I was directing them to and what they were looking at. Not fun to do multiple times, but it is what it is and you want it resolved you will need to put in more legwork.

@@OutsidetheQube remember that during his first attack he has only 1 buff 40% crit rate. So with 20% base crit rate he will only have 60%. But every attack after that is going to be 100% (because he will have 2 buffs active). Let me know when you check this

@@anu-bis5668 generally pierce is better for PvE and Crit DMG better for PvP. Pierce is better against enemies with high Def. However the difference between pierce and Crit DMG is very little so I would just go with a better piece.

@@mightyzoo i have a 5* banner with pierce and a 6* banner with crit dmg. Now im rocking the crit dmg at around 78% with a 6.3K attack. Crit is around 40%.

@anu-bis5668 I would go for crit DMG especially if you like PvP. But test both and see what gives you more DMG. But also check the substats

@@joeharris7611 that's strange, he should crit every time. Unless buffs have independent chance to crit and they don't add up. Hmm worth investigating. But we all dropped him to 20% and works great for us. Do you use his skill 2 (frost)?

Does he miss the attack? My Bedi misses the bosses on higher level. I guess that happens for you, you’ll need some hit accuracy on him
