Why are the prices a premium but they don't even provide any significant storage space and enough cupboards to put enough apparels into, do they think that rich people have no clothes and personal items to store - perhaps they believe that the wealthy are so wealthy that items are used only once and thrown out then there is an excuse to go downstairs and shop at TRX Exchange Mall for new items for just the next day. They call this luxury? I don't think so.

Why did you beep out the price? wouldn't including the asking price increase the likelihood of more interested people contacting you and reduce the likelihood of people not contacting you because they think it is out of their budget (but may not be)? for example, I am interested but can't be bothered to enquire if it falls under my budget

all old houses in Bukit tunku need to be remodelled. they came up during a different era. the problem is, there are ample choices for the next generation in other growth areas with better design and pricing. also, Bukit Tunku doesn't have its own 'business district' for convenience. so there are no new blood willing to move in to this area to inject a fresh feel. they tried to do it with Kenny Hills Residence and Aria Bukit Ttunku, with limited success. Bukit tunku will remain as a feature from the past, with its high land price tag and accessible to few. if you want old era prestige with conveniences, try damansara heights instead.
