In fact the statues that you see in this video have been removed since filming. The new owners started renovating when they bought it and now the statues are no longer there.

The City of London dragons are a constituent part of the armorial bearings of the City of London and have been erected to indicate the western boundary of the city. They are thought to derive from the legend of St George slaying a dragon.
I was in this perade it was super fun I was haveing to help someone who was dealing with heatstroke because it was super hot but overall super fun event
