Actress and singer Lindsey Blackwell is on the rise in Hollywood, cementing herself as "one to watch" in the entertainment industry through the captivating characters she brings to life on screen.
Lindsey shines as "Kendra," in Netflix's film adaptation of the musical theatre production, "13: The Musical." Kendra is the head cheerleader and most popular girl at Evan's new school. A triple threat, Lindsey performs several solo musical numbers, including "I've Been Waiting" - new music by Jason Robert Brown.
In television, Lindsey recently starred as Carrie in Kindred now streaming on Hulu. She also starred as Marissa in David Makes Man now streaming on HBO Max. Marissa is the best friend and classmate of 14-year-old prodigy, David, who is struggling between focusing on his academic future and navigating the dangers of his south Florida neighborhood.
