A request from my Ncuti Gatwa video, here's all of Kingsley Ben-Adir's footage! I took a lot longer to make it than I intended but the video quality is much better now that the movie's been out for a few months. By my count, he has 17 lines and one painful scream.

Ncuti Gatwa's screentime! The footage isn't the greatest because the movie is still so new but maybe in a couple of months I'll re-edit this. Ncuti has from what I counted, 13 lines, including the songs I'm Just Ken and Push as one line, as he does sing in both.

I think its entirely possible, however, I think that this is just a way of introducing the 15th doctor before he arrives. That little melody plays all throughout the 15th doctors theme. I think that ncuti gatwa's portrial of the doctor will be very nostalgic, and he will constantly be honoring his past companions, and I think that was the feeling the doctor had in that moment in The Giggle

A thought just went through my head, what if Ms Flood is an older version of ruby sunday who spent her whole life travelling with the doctor
When Ruby disappeared from the timeline, the doctor ran to the tardis and when it disappeared, Ms. Flood was standing there looking at it.. so that doesn't make sense.
Fun question, I suppose, is does the Doctor already know they will die, and has no power to change that, but selects them for that reason? Their existence will end either way, but at least the Doctor can make life flow into a crescendo of living before it stops? Not precisely how, or precisely when, but knowing, and carrying the vain hope of being able to change things, somehow, at the last moment?

Disney has provided funding, distribution outside of the UK and story notes for the show. It’s not something I’m terribly enthused about, as much as I enjoyed the 60th anniversary and Christmas special.

The Toymaker already knew they were technically still alive, he always left one string.
The Toymaker only left one string for Clara to represent that she's still stuck between one heartbeat and the last, he cut all for Amy and Bill because they both died and that he clearly doesn't see the Glass Avatar as actually being Bill unlike the Doctor who at this moment does.
@@IcySlavKat By Bill's consciousness surviving they weren't referring to glass Bill but instead how the water girl took Bill's consciousness from her body and they went travelling. The Doctor knows about this because glass Bill told him.

It's not that he's German, it's that one of his gimmicks is badly mocking the accents of others. In the episode, he also does a bad French accent, and an over-exaggerated British accent.

The original toymaker was horrendously racist back in his first appearance (Wore a chinese robe), so they doubled down on it by making him mocking accents to further emphasize his villany.

This is just a variation on the descending series of notes that repeat at the start of 15's theme tune (eg. when he departs in The Giggle or runs on the roof in Ruby Road). Hence why it transitions into 15's theme during the snowman scene. Not the first time Gold has introduced a musical motif early in a mostly unrelated location; The Song of Amy and Rory shares a bassline with They Are Everywhere.
The only thing I know is that for some reason, since she was announced as the new companion I feel like she or her story is going to break my heart horrendously.

I think she's a daughter of Trickster. If it really it the theme of Death, then that mean her twist will be thst she's literally does not supposed exist. The better villiain for that part will be the Trickster. He change the timelines. If Ruby exist because of Trickster influence, then that means she is not suppose exist, that she's an anomaly. And that's why there wasn't any damage to Timeline when Goblins eat Ruby.

I think its more of an interpretation. The Tardis represents death in the use of the motif, while an actual near death event shows the motif. However the Tardis presents it in light rather than dark, that its possible, but to think optimistically. If the motif was say, built into Ruby's theme or something, then yes.
