"dangerous and isolated route by {motor}bike" ...no it isn't at all. that's youtuber falang b.s. it is a well trodden dirt road connecting two villages in Lao. there is absolutely nothing dangerous or isolated about it.
Thank you buddy you sound great 👍🏼 I talk to someone for whom can be dangerous, there is no signal, Google maps don’t work, the road is washed of the rain with the big potholes, slippery clay and thick dust, very bumpy (my heaps started to hurt and had a headache from all shaking ) river crossing etc.. some motorbikes can’t even pass it u know what I mean. And if u are experienced bike driver with big dirt bike that’s not a problem it’s fun and great adventure I get it :) I was driving 110cc detach it’s a pain on butt but it works :)) you should watch the video, you skipped. Thank you for commenting buddy have a beautiful day ✌🏼☀️⚡️
Welcome to lao
Thank you 🙏 people are very welcoming here, especially up north 🤗
@@usonearth i see i just when there last April, we can have a trip together sometime
@@laojunglesecret yes sure when we will be back up north you can show around 🤗
I missed your vids bro! I love Laos. I'm in Danang now.
Hey man good to see u:] and thank you ! Hows is Danang?> i miss Vietnam! u traveling or living now in vietanm?
@@usonearth I'm slowmading. Here for a few more weeks then going back to Bali for a few months.
@@tony.travels ah man bless, hows bali nowadays? isnt to busy?, last time i been in bali was 2016, i like it, but less busy areas. nature and food is great
@@usonearth Yeah it's cheap and if you get out of Canggu and go North of Ubud it's so beautiful. Also, I found the Balinese to be some of the nicest, happiest in SE Asia for some reason. I'm also a single guy and being out in the isolated jungle, while it's where I prefer, means I'll die single.
@@tony.travels yes I had the same experience since you escape canggu, kuta, ubud and go up north, north west, it’s completely different place and you can enjoy more of authentic Bali. I want to experience more of Indonesia so bad:)) I hope to catch u somewhere around buddy, enjoy your travels 🤟🏼
This time of year, they are slash and burning their farms. It should be illegal because it contaminates the air.
Thank you, You're right, the slash-and-burn practice does have a significant impact on air quality, and it's a tough issue. In some places, it's a traditional farming method that's been used for generations, but it’s true that the environmental effects, especially on the air, are concerning. Hopefully, there can be a shift towards more sustainable practices that balance both the needs of farmers and environmental protection. I will make full video of burning season in northern area.
Bumpy adventure😅 Is it easy to communicate with local people?
Well, yes and no-it really depends on where you are and how you approach people. Sometimes, people may be reserved or not open right away, especially if they’re not used to seeing foreigners, but generally, if you’re kind and respectful, they’re kind back Even if they don’t speak English, we’ve been able to get by with body language-it’s usually just basic things like food, drink, sleep, how much, petrol, or asking for directions. And you always learn some words in their language like hello, goodbey, how much, numbers, thank you etc etc, . The people here are often smiling and friendly, and even though they might look like they don’t have much, I think they’re really rich in their way of life :)
But indonesia always good
@@AdzharHa-o8c yes I really like Indonesia and can’t wait to visit agai. But I feel that every place on earth is unique and different, it’s hard to pick which one is the best, we enjoy every place we visit :) thank you for being here my friend ✌🏼😊🏝
Great vid, seems definitely doable even putting a XR150 dirtbike on the boat right? Seems much more enjoyable than coming back on the main road.
We had Detech (Honda win copy) the bike is not that big I guess as a XR150, but I think if you on your own they might take it, because river is pretty shallow sometimes they get out from the boat and push a little bit, but we were on dry season. The experience is incredible, and the short cut was way more fun and authentic villages beautiful landscapes, I would like to stay even there over night or two somewhere. And the road was ok but not with my bike and two people, so sometimes it was hard, but I would do it again 😋✨🫶🏼 enjoy Laos my friend🤟🏼⭐️
@@usonearth Cheers for the answer my dude! Yeah the XR150 might be a tad big but I'll see what they say onsite. Can't wait.
@@nl7002 ah i want to go one more time :]] enjoy!
very nice video
:D
The last part was comforting and wholesome ✌️
Thank you 🤗⭐️
Welcome 😊
Thank you 🤗⭐️
You should go to penang or Ipoh, penang has a tower with glass bridges, and delicious foods. Ipoh has nice caves including the 400 year old “Batu Caves”
Thank you for your advice 🤗🙏☀️ note
Hold the clutch in fool. It’s not the ramp it’s the guy on the bike
🤣 I know it’s not a ramp brother, the bike was fkd, I got to the point when was impossible to drive, then I found decent mechanics in capital city, they fixed the bike properly and it was game changer:)
Huh
Should mention which country
Yes sorry, it was in Don Det / 4000 islands- Laos :) I put location on
this iconic Petronas Twin tower. Now We have a new tallest building
👏🙃
Good for them, doubtfully for locals and certainly bad for eco system....
I think a little development is ok, essentially if it’s only good for local people and wildlife, but when they focus only on tourism and money then it’s different story.. most of local people they don’t like it.
@usonearth True. Electric supply and hospital would be enough. Now an airport... well, but that's fine, we are humans, and we are good at screwing things up.
This is amazing work.
@@jayssands4903 thank you browa;) I just released new long video ;)
@@usonearth I will look into it. It's awesome to see your post. Well-done.
👍👍
This Ramly burger is not just a regular food. Its definitely a form of national treasure and massive culture. But just wanna remind you tho , just because you're not a local doesnt mean these guys can charge you crazy prices. There's some cases of tourists getting charge crazy prices when these Ramly Burgers should not be that expensive. Some people are absolutely reaching with the crazy prices.
@@dannyphantom8937 yes I agree with you :) but you know what , some people can pay the price and I’m happy if tourists are coming and paying more for small business, I do the same when I can and happy to pay that extra dollar for grandma in the local market and still appreciate here effort:)
@@usonearth Glad you're helping the locals as well. Just a gentle reminder from me as a local , dats all. Hope you enjoy all the days that you're staying here.👌👌
@@dannyphantom8937 bless you, have a wonderfull day my friend ;]
Fuyyooo.... Haha... Tq for good reviews. 💪🤗🙏
Cant wait for round 2 😁✨

😂
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Nice
Good day
Yes you are right, we hv a delicious Indian & Chinese foods in Malaysia no need to travel to India & China. And our foods' prices and cost of living are among the cheapest in the world.😊
Lucky you 🤗⭐️
Best Koh Rong video ever 👍
Thank you very much 🙂
I really like the way you explain. It's really cool. By the way how about the cleanliness in the entire city?
Thank you very much 🙂 of what we saw it looked pretty clean, can't compare with other places in Southeast Asia , looking forward to visit again and experience more of Malaysia. 🤗
Thank you so much for your reply 🤝
Stuck with you
Cocking? Cooking? 🤔
thank you for that 🤙🏻⭐️😜
@@usonearth 👍
😍
Tq bro ... Kuala Lumpur top in Asia right now
😍🥰
Now 2024, no more free buses.... RM 1 per trip 😎
i think is still very cheap :] or they could make free for people who really need it and they have to claim for governmental support to use free public transport .. but not for tourists, i think its fair to pay one ringit :]
😮 Čia gyvatė, ar žaltys?
Zaltys irgi gyvate ;D
Hi.. 1stly thanks for all the nice things you said about Malaysia. Anyway couldn't help myself loughing seeing your girlfriend keep stealing your anchovies from your plate! 🤣🤣
😂 Thank you, yes because we really enjoyed Malaysian food ⭐️⭐️
Niceee... What's the song please?
I’m not sure, I was just messing around on tiktok and found this song.. tiktok is so bad with music :D hard to find something not hurting the soul. Thank u 🙏
Kambodža je super dobrý lidí jídlo taky a kafe nejlepší
Yes it is :)
@@usonearth žijí v Thajsku tak jsem často do Kambodže jezdil mám jen kladně zkušenosti a Laos je taky super
Yes Laos is amazing:)
Haha Richie! I met him, good character. Love Koh rong. Glad you guys still on the road. Peace ✌️
Yes Richie is a great actor 🥸 thank you, yes still long way to go :) 🙌🏼
Ups sorry a question ❓ What camera do you use to film in such a quality. Cheers 😅😅😊😊😊
Hey, for action camera and just quick rec I use just GoPro 9, it’s actually not the best, but to be honest I don’t really like that super detailed look from the latest GoPro cameras and I think I will go back to 8 or 7 😁 also if u are not familiar with settings, u have to experiment and find your settings manually, that makes footage look a bit different, I don’t use auto settings, or just some of them. Also we use Nikon d850 (but it’s more of photo camera but it does beautiful still shots) and Sony a7riii, and some lenses of course, camera is just a body, so it all comes to the lens, settings and camera position to the light:) All the best dude 🎉😊
Hi men , Finally new video , I know that you are with some much more important stuffs but It's always good to have some video news about the adventure . Yasssssss!!!!!!!!!
Thank you 😊 yes suddenly other opportunities came to life and not much time to sit in the hostels and edit videos for hours :) but time by time we will upload something, just keep as a hobby as it was 😊 Thank you for watching and your comments 😊
Paradise! I sure miss that place .
Nice big up
I don’t get it… Is this a paradise in Thailand for white people?
So sorry you guys have such a hard time to find a place to fix the motorcycle. Hope you have a safe trip.
It’s ok we had great support from local people and we were very thankful for the help:) Can’t wait go back to Laos 🇱🇦 😋
Amazing place
Yes nature is beautiful here on island, but the expat community is horrible, I can recommend visit the island but I don’t recommend to live or be involved in any “projects” :D all of them are alcoholic or drug addicted..
Like ur vids what month were you there?
Hey. Thank u:) still learning how to vlog😜 I think it was around march . So I want to go back to Laos just after rainy season, because dry season in Laos is way to dry :)) and up in north smoky season starts so from march to June better do not go to north because u can even breathe:/
No worries your vlogs are looking cool:)) I'll be there this May and June😁I was hoping the smoky season would be over by then do u know how hot/wet it gets down south and then way up north? I want to check out the more remote roads that lead towards the Vietnam border. I'm entering from Thailand not sure whether to enter south and then head up north or the other way around. @@usonearth
@@gregdimaggio1541 nice, I’m happy you are going to Laos and you want to experience the wild :) yes go up north, I noticed many people they reach Luang Prabang and they leave the country, in my opinion the real Laos is after tourist destinations:) We left the beginning of way and up north the smoke was still there and it was impossible to breathe and travel because u can’t see much (I’m very sorry my hard drive got broken and I lost a lot of footage from north Laos:/ and I’m not sure I have the energy go back there because it wasn’t easy :) but totally worth it) But then June July I gues rain is coming and I think during rainy season travel up north in Laos can be a bit dangerous especially if u want to see very remote places. I’m thinking about the plan how to be up north just after raining season, because dry season was to dry and hot very dusty and even made my first motorbike accident because of to many dust on the road it was like thick mud but dusty powder of 10cm layers on the road in remote places , or very bad road conditions.. I think proper dirt bike would be a game changer, I had 110cc fake broken Honda win detech copy whatever haha. Also during hot season sometimes was around 40 degrees and no places to swim so I’m the midday you can’t do much because of the heat. Anyway I think I want to try go up north maybe mid or end of September, or October. Thank you for your feedback;)
Are you back on Koh Rong? I've made a few videos about the trash on beaches around the world. I made some videos on Koh Rong covering it as well. I figure I can at least try to shame the locals and their government. What else can we do? We're not Barack Obama.
Hey. We decided to stay here longer and we opened a reggae bar on the beach:)) so Koh Rong now our second home 😜✌🏼
Wow congrats! Is it on Google maps
@tony.travels yes u can find it on Google maps, i need to finish setting up:) so much work when u open small business :))
