I have probably a 3 year old tree and it always drops it's fruit on me. This year I made sure i gave it the right water and fertilizer but they are dropping a lot. I only have a few fruit left on the tree and I am afraid they will also fall. Not sure what else to do. Any ideas?

@@TheFoodscaper It would have been smarter for me to have found this video before I did the grafting. I put Kasandra and Nikita's Gift on a total of 5 branches....3 and 2. I had a 50/50 chance of having put the better one in its place. It appears now that I put the more vigorous one below 3 times, and the more dwarf growing on on top 2 times. Could be a problem child. lol The tree itself is male, so I will leave a branch of that alone.

When my neighbor replace his windows asked for few old windows and screen doors. I keep them all under my deck. I put the glass windows on my big pots and raised beds as green house to protect the crop from the cold. The screen door to protect the seeds and seedlings from birds or any insects won't leave my garden alone.

Yea until the spores get active. Not to mention one heavy rainfall and it will slowly seep into free spaces and create vegetation growth.

  • @tribalwind

Pavers or brick on edge work nice too, a heavy rain or wind can push mulch over that bump.

The way you're doing your 45° picture frame to end in center is aesthetically appealing but will allow water infiltration and rot out much faster. cedar still rots. reverse it so top rail covers side " stiles" ,speaking as a carpenter. Also top fasteners leave a hole for water to pool/soak in...fill those and you're gold.
