Charles Neustedt — Nocturne #3, "Absence" Op. 97
Charles Neustedt (1834 - 1908) was a French composer. Despite there being a large catalog of his work on IMSLP, I could not find a biography for him online.
This is a lovely nocturne. It has the two female parts in a duet, lovely harmonies in the left hand, as well as the tempestuous middle section. The figuration falls under the hand easily.
