Migawd, I can not thank you enough. I am a decently seasoned IP user, but tonight I chose to sauté first to brown the meat for my chili recipe. Imagine my complete and total frustration when I couldn’t get the pot to pressure and new user checklist items were all accounted for. As soon as I got to the sauté part of your video, I flashed back to having washed the pot between sautéing and pressure cooking last time I made this recipe and realized I didn’t do that this time. Sure enough, it was a mess down there. Will try again tomorrow, with hopefully predictable results!

Yesterday i cooked potatoes in 3 minutes. 5 minutes for eggs? 1 minute with NPR is good enough I would guess.

Wow your shares are awesome. Ours are full of dirt everything. And not a lot in our box at all we get a full share and it’s really small. Maybe it depends on the area but where I’m from our box was stuffed. Where I’m at now it’s about 1/2 full. Very disappointing. Definitely not worth the money.

LOL... too much work.... here is what I do and works perfectly for hard boiled eggs... do this and you wont be disappointed! Fill a pot with water... big enough to hold the number of eggs you want add salt... half teaspoon and stir.. bring water to a boil... hope you left enough room for the eggs.... add eggs to the water using a spoon to gently set them in once you are sure it will keep boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer boil the eggs for about 13 minutes or 15... wont hurt them at all... Now... drain the pot carefully then add cold water.... wait a minute, drain again and add cold water again adding in a couple of handfuls of ice wait 5 minutes and start crackin! The shells will just slide off with ease "EVERY TIME" for EVERY egg! Enjoy!! I make devilled eggs all the time so I've never had a hard to peel egg.. I don't see the need to use an instant pot.. I have one and will never use it for this!
