Aww bless you thanks :) I just wanted to make other people that suffer with simillar issues to me that it is possible to try an recover from things and its amazing really as i see life from such a different point now and i have my unborn baby to thank for that but you too could have a happy life without self harm obv the BPD is a little harder as that never goes away but neither does the self harm its just learning how to cope better and healthier its hard yes but you can do it your strong

This is so wonderful to see! I'm getting married soon and would like to get pregnant soon after....but I have BPD and also self harm on a rare occasion....I am quite concerned about how I'll be off medication though! It looks like you're doing wonderful! It really gives me hope! Aren't those 4D pictures amazing?! It's nice to see how he looks and see that he is healthy....and you can already tell he's gonna be cute! All the best to you and your little one!!!

Read Explaining colours to a blind man. Not only will it enlighten many as to what living with a mental illness and an eating disorder is like, it also gives comfort to those sufferers who think there is no hope and that they are alone. It is very informative, sometimes shocking but also very funny in parts. All in all, a good read and highly recommended.
