I think I got in 34.1k/hr with ys+agris before the ring market crashed. Probably won't be back for awhile with Dehkia 2.0 out and the fact you can't do all of the content with the same lantern.

If you're just grinding, go DR. If you want to play PvP and have 740GS+, you can dabble in Evasion. I run hybrid boots/gloves, where my boots are evasion because I have gear to stack it and dip more into support roles for anything above T1s.

Addons are in the video notes. Combo isn't really set and Im actually doing something different now. What I was doing in the video was usually: Flame calling, lava pool, Cata, AJ(for debuffs), Chilling wave, Lightning spear(when up), sage rage, hellfire, bollide, magma, barrage.

I like wizard, but theyr'e the red-headed step child of PA. Lots of neglect, just like in today's changes with Elementalization and Retardando. If you really enjoy the class, try it out, but we're A tier at best, currently. The addons in this video aren't optimized for anywhere and could have been better. Really? What combo do you recommend then? I've used Looneystorm's combo, maybe pulled 18.6k with that. I've also discussed this area with Cosini, he barely pulls 19k. Both of whom are hardcapped. I'd be interested to hear your take.

About to upgrade earring, which should really help as I can then run elixirs there pretty comfortably. I'm also going to try different skill rotation/addons to see if I can get more burst in the beginning to move faster through the packs. Top of the mark for Awk wiz there is around 24k/hr ish. which is at hardcap. Many classes can push more trash than us for a variety of reasons, mainly because PA hates the class. Honestly, I do this just to see how I can improve. Trolls/Deh Thornwood/Hexe offers better $$/hr for alot less sweat and no RNG required. Hexe is the only spot where you can't get limbos, but also the most thoughtless grind of the 3.

Mainly because I'm lazy tbh. I have a ton of different crystal sets for multiple NWs/Grinds. You could squeeze out a tad more damage running them, assuming you can drop them before they turn.

Thanks man. Hybrid is the best right now for overall stat gains. You lose a ton of evasion for minimal DR if you go to blue gloves. You gain of ton of DR using blue boots, which is helpful now in both PVP and PVE, especially places like Tungrad Ruins/Ash/Crypt where you're getting clapped hard. Note that you do lose alot of evasion going from green boots to blue, but the DR pick is def worth it, since evasion isn't what it was.

Succ Witch definitely. Awk casters get cucked here because the damage buff doesn't affect our pet flows. PA has known about this forever and they don't care.

Honestly, there isn't a straight forward "combo". I need to do a vid on spell weaving for Wizard. I play it like there are certain flows, but you can be creative with it, depending on what's on CD and what the situation is. (Ie, you need an FG because you're gonna take damage vs a SA to nuke with.) I try to use the following thoughts when doing damage: Lava Pool(-magic DP), Calling of Flame for tick damage Cata/Aqua Jail for your setup(DP/evasion strip, Monster damage + DP for self. Chilling Wave- Crit rate/Casting speed. The general DPS flow are: hellfire-bollide-magma-barrage for quick burst. water sphere-burst-magma bollide or barrage(depending on CD) You weave in your sages memory, speedspell, and E buff whenever they're up. If you have stuff on the general DPS flow on CD: Weave in Lightning Spear->Swift EarthQuake-Rain of Fire A typical combo looks something like: Lava-Calling-Cata-AJ-CW-Lighting Spear - hellfire-bollide-magma-barrage-Cata-AJ-Swft EQ-Rain of Fire- hellfire-magma. Usually they're dead by then. If not, you have to remember the quick cast start points. Lava Pool and Calling quick casts after Chilling or Cata Rain of Fire quick casts after lighting spear or Swift EQ Speed Spell/Sages quick casts after chilling Hotbar: Lightning Spear/Swift EQ/Speed Spell/Sages Memory. Best advice is to play around with it until you're comfortable knowing where to go depending on what you see on CDs. Let me know if you have any questions.

For here: Drop Lava Pool / Flame's Calling Then Cata/AJ/ChillingWave/Lighting Spear/Hellfire/Bollide/Magma/Barrage (Cata/AJ again if needed). They go poof quickly so a longer combo really isn't needed.

Yes, if you can manage to drop them before they turn around. Thus, only getting back attacks, yes the darkness crystals are about 5% more damage.

Hi! Sorry for the late reply: I play the wizard, not so much in a a->g combo set on rotation, but on a chain availability here because of the movement times and the mobs burning down fast. There is alot of weaving of abilities but there are main points. The main chain is either: hellfire->Bollide->magma->barrage Water Sphere->Aquabomb-magma->barrage On Availability: AquaJail/Cataclysm into the main chain. Critical addons are on these 2 abilities(eva strip/accury, DP strip/DP buff) You're crit and monster AP come off Chilling Wave/Barrage. Lighting spear/Swift Earthquake/Rain of Fire are all weaved in as fillers. Main usual combo is: Cata/AJ/Chilling Wave/Flames Calling/Lava Field/Lightning Spear/Hellfire/Bollide/Magma/Barrage/Cata/AJ/etc Its important to hotbar speedspell/sage memory/lighting spear/swift earthquake. Then always use Hellfire to get back into awakening. If you get stuck in Succession, use Rain of Fire to carry you until Hellfire comes back.
