I have a 2002 C209, it's been a great car despite some electrical issues. I should get the transmission serviced because it's doing some weird things, but can't afford to even fuel it right now 🗿 Also mine doesn't have a sunroof, which is weird considering it was sold new in Italy.

I have a 2002 clk430. Picked it up as a non running car for $200. It has a bad ground is all that was wrong with it. Window left down while it sat for couple years. Cleaned up nice. It’s on my RUclips channel. @Jcritter9295

Supra is a hard one to place. Originally the thinking man’s sports car, cheaper, less desirable and more reliable than its European counterparts. But now it’s super expensive and in the same market as your Porsche Boxsters and BMW M3s. It’s gone from being an essential good, to now being a commodity which prices people out the market for cheap fun sports cars. Neo-lib* for me

I picked up my 98 clk320 in Dec of 2000 from my neighbor for $1100...same color as yours & with the original rims, no rust at all. Its got 181,000 now, recently replaced the same parts you did as well as a new radiator. My first Mercedes, and i love it like my own child...i may have a source for acquiring the rims your looking for, will check next week and let ya know if it pans out. Thanks for the video!

I just bought a roadworthy CLK430 soft top for two weeks wages. It has problems and would probably cost me near the same again if I wanted it properly clean and all working but as it is it's a helluva lot of vehicle for the money.

W-208 CLK have super aggressive looks. You should slap on an OM-606 Diesel and this beast will be complete. The W-209 CLK-220 CDi that I have are tame in comparison.

I have this car in the 4.3 l v8 engine and the colour is azurite blue. One of the cheapest v8 rwd cars on the market. If only it had a manual gearbox.

Its in really good condition. Especially the burlwood trim.
