I love listening to your readings, we’ve lost many pups , our last one in March. Your poems give me comfort .

I can’t tell how random the circumstances were for me to chance upon not only your channel, but this exact poem. I lost my perfect Rory Bear a few weeks ago. She was a 5 year old golden retriever and I’ve had her since a pup, my first dog that was mine, as an adult. She was a little lethargic so being helicopter mom, I brought her to urgent care early August this year. They noticed a lump under her skin and decided to do a radio graph. I could only read the lips of the vet saying “i’m so sorry there’s nothing to be done” when she came in to show me the results as my wails drowned out any noise. Cancer out of nowhere. Cancer that has already taken over her lungs. After seeing an oncologist a couple days later, I started her on meds to hopefully prolong her life. But less than 3 weeks after being diagnosed, she made it clear it was too hard for her to breathe on earth a second longer, so i helped her pass the rainbow bridge. Up until a few days before passing, you would never know how much she was struggling. She loved life to a point of inspiration. The amount of lives she touched is unbelievable. But to me, that baby was my soul mate. She saved my life multiple times, and i’m serious. When I had no one in my corner for the first time in my life, she was there. she dragged me out the hell in my mind more times than i can count. I have never loved or been loved so deeply before Rory. She was my person. I say this because my grief has been swallowing me lately and it feels like people in my life expect me to move on at this point. Then I saw this video. This video in particular; this could’ve written about Rory. God knew i needed this video and your channel. Thank you endlessly. I can’t tell you how much this means to me, I felt my little bear with me. God bless you and I know he’s watching over your baby just as he is mine 💓

Posted here before. My kitty Butterscotch who I've had for about 16 years passed away on the 8th. I've been coming here to cope, grieve. And it's helping a lot. I'll probably wait @ least 6 months before I get a new kitty & will adopt a female cat about 1-2 years from the Humane Society when I'm ready.

My baby boy Ralph, best friend for over 13 years will end his pain today and my heart is breaking but I will think of him everyday and his resting place will be in our garden that he loves so much.

I lost my beautiful fur baby in May of 20024 I love my cat so much I still cry all the time she was my precious baby she passed away from a stroke she was 17 years old I had her since she was a year old I love her so much and miss her me and my fiance love her very much I have her ashes in side urn I talk to the ashes and tell her how much we miss her and love her I know she is in rainbow heaven looking down may God rest her soul ❤❤😢😢😢

That is so beautiful it put tears in my eyes I lost my beautiful cat trixy she was my little angel I feel so lost my heart is broken she was 17 years old she had a stroke I cry all the time but deep down in my heart I know that she is in a better place I know that when my time is up I will meet her again in heaven and we will be together again she was so friendly she was such a good cat it feels like my heart is torn apart I had her cremated I have her ashes in side the ern I talk to her all the time and I kiss the urn it makes me feel better I know she is in peace ❤❤

Thank you once again. I lost my little dog, Zeusy, way back in 2021 and I still miss her. Last Saturday I was making a sandwich and out of habit tore off a slice of American cheese to give her. That dog loved Kraft Singles. I looked down by my right foot where she would have been standing but of course she wasn't there. I still wake up in the middle of the night to make sure she isn't wanting up on the bed. She was vertically challenged and had a vertical jump of about one inch so she needed help. I was out in the garage over the weekend looking for something I'm sure my wife misplaced when I glanced up and saw Zeusy's crate, bowls, bedding and toy box stacked against the wall. That brought home a sense of loss but also put a smile on my face as I remembered her. The happiness and love those furry guys give us absolutely make the pain worthwhile.

I just wanted to say "THANK YOU SO MUCH" for taking the time to read us your Pet Loss Poems. They really help me and I'm sure a lot of other people as well. Me and my wife have 2 Rough Collies. Harley, our 10 year old is the Tri-Color and Mazie, our 6 month old is the Blue Merle. We found out a month ago that Harley has cancer inside his right nasal passage and we were told the only thing they could do for him was basically cut his long nose off and put a feeding tube in him. I am not and will not do that to him. They said if we did not go with taking off his nose, he would last 3 to 5 months. We're going to absolutely spoil him to death, not that we haven't since we have had him. If it looks like he is any pain, we will schedule him at our vet's office where he can go to the Rainbow Bridge to play with all of our loved ones that we still miss dearly that are there. Like they say, your pet will give you the best years of your life and the worst day of your life. I am truly worried about my wife as Harley was her first pet and she does not have a clue as to what is about to happen and also for Mazie, whatever Harley does, she does also. Everyone in our neighborhood loves Harley as well, he was kind of the neighborhood dog and they are all heart-broken as well. Everyone calls him the "Gentle Giant". We have been truly blessed to have had him in our lives.....
