How can i do it?
It's the enscape video function. Change the field of view as you get closer or further away. I would love to show you on stream, but I currently don't have enscape. 😐

As a heads up, I think your camera is mirrored. Either that, or you're _really_ good at writing backwards...

Very cool! The amount of natural light integrated into the design leads to a very open space. The views would be awesome!
