I had a terrible experience with this shapewear. The bodysuit is extremely poor quality: the straps are too short, cutting painfully into my shoulders, with no way to adjust them. I have a short torso, and it barely fits-anyone with a long torso would likely find it impossible to wear. Overall, the quality is just awful. On top of that, the company’s customer service has been the worst I’ve encountered. They offered to send me a different model if I posted a review, asking me to measure myself and provide screenshots as proof. I did everything they asked, but I never heard back. I've tried reaching out over 20 times, but my emails have been completely ignored. This shows a complete lack of respect for customers’ time, money, and experience. I also purchased a workout top, and that, too, was incredibly itchy and low quality. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY'S PRODUCTS if you value quality and good customer service. Save your money and look elsewhere.
